Introduction
The Planning and Landscape Division is set up to ensure that any planning involving new developments needs to be controlled so that planned developments can be created to balance development and avoid conflicts of land use. The Planning and Landscape Division is divides into two units, the Town Planning Units is responsible for task's involving development controls and new planning studies while the Landscape Unit is a assigned to landscape beautification work around the Kuala Pilah District Council area.
Objective
To improve the level of professionalism in the development planning, provision of infrastructure and beautification in the Council area in line with the government aspirations, the people and the local population are in line with the policies and plans that exist in the MDKP Structure Plan and Local Planning Authority (1995-2015) and MDKP Local Plan (1999-2015).
Division Function
- Overall supervision of palanning reviews on developments involving changing land requirements, boundary burglaries, division breaks, returns and re-ownership and land ownership of the government to justify the planning to create a systematic development.
- Provide working papers, scheduled plans and reports in project development and landscaping beautification for potential areas within the Kuala Pilah District Council area.
- Plan beautification and landscape programs within the Kuala Pilah Council area with the preparation of cost estimates, plans and quotations.
- Processing application for landscape plan approval for development project.
- Conducting landscape maintainence works on the main roads as well as recreational areas and providing decorative flower services for official events.
- Provide meeting papers and mini meetings of the Road Safety Committee and Traffic.
- Supervision in determining the name of the park's name, street name, house number for new development projects.
