Introduction
This Unit provides legal advice to the units located within the Kuala Pilah District Council.
Objective
Enforce all By-Laws, Orders and Acts that have been given to the council for enforcement in line with the planning and development of the Kuala Pilah District Council and educating the public to comply with all the rules and regulations of the Council.
Division Function
- Provide legal advice.
- Enforce the Laws adopted bt the Kuala Pilah District Council.
- To amend, enact and repeal the By-Laws, Regulations, Orders and Rules.
- Prepare and review complaints papers, counts and summons agreements and rental of Council Property.
- Compounding offenses that violate the law of the Council.
- Check out pre-authorization works and conduct prosecution in court.
- Transfer barriers as needed.
- Provide assistance to the relavant department.
