INFORMATION ON RENTAL OF HALLS,EQUIPMENTS AND OTHER PUBLIC FACILITIES

image Apply before a month of the using date
image No deposit needed for Sports' facilities
image Deposit receipt need to be provided as a proof
image Other rules :-
  • Sport - 3 days before the first use every month
  • Other Use - before a month of using date
  • Any damages are under renter responsibility
  • Council has a power to reject the application if the hall needs to be used for government's function
